Book Directly with Operator uses /out/:dealId. The server checks that the deal is publicly active and approved, validates an HTTPS destination on the operator's recorded hostname, records a minimal click event and redirects. An arbitrary destination supplied in a URL query is not accepted.
Technical URL validation is not a certification of the external operator's content, security, reliability or legal compliance. Once you leave Safari-Deals, the linked provider controls its website and its own privacy, contract, cancellation and payment terms.
We cannot continuously monitor every change on linked websites. This is not a blanket exclusion of statutory responsibility. If you identify unlawful content or an unsafe link, notify mail@blackqub.com so that it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed.
Use caution before providing personal information or paying an external company. Safari-Deals does not process tourist bookings and cannot promise an external operator's performance. Nothing here limits mandatory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
