It is an advertising and comparison platform, not a travel intermediary. We do not sell safari travel, provide internal reservations or checkout, collect tourist travel payments or conclude travel contracts for operators.
View Deal shows information supplied by an operator. Book Directly with Operator takes you to the operator website via a measured external link. The operator's own terms, cancellation rules, privacy notice, prices and payment arrangements apply to a booking. Check the identity of your travel-contract partner before paying.
Listings are not binding offers by Safari-Deals. Prices, departures, conditions and availability can change or be inaccurate. Check the current total price, mandatory costs, taxes, inclusions, exclusions and availability directly with the operator. No assurance of the cheapest price or availability is made. Platform operator verification is not a guarantee of travel quality, solvency or safety.
Original currencies and price bases are shown separately. Approximate currency conversions are only comparison aids, not executable exchange quotes. Per-person and per-group prices must not be treated as equivalent. Refer to the Prices and Currency Notice.

Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury where protected by applicable law. How are safari companies ranked?
With company filters, relevance comes first: companies must have a currently public offer matching all selected company filters, and more matching offers mean greater relevance. At equal relevance, companies with a more comprehensive paid membership are preferred. Within an equal membership level, order rotates daily, deterministically for the same company search and pagination. Trial companies follow paid memberships at equal relevance. Without company filters, all publicly active companies are eligible, even without offers. Travel dates, month, duration, travelers, budget, currency and deal promotions do not exclude companies. The displayed offer count covers all currently public offers, not only matching offers. Membership does not guarantee suitability, quality or a booking.
Videos in operator profiles
Operator profile videos are subject to the media guidelines, the applicable plan limit and administrative approval. The operator is responsible for video rights, accuracy, required permissions and compliance with YouTube’s terms. Public playback is initiated by the visitor; availability and third-party playback behaviour are not guaranteed.
Use only your own videos or videos expressly licensed to you with the right to embed them. Follow YouTube’s terms. A video must allow embedding and be public or unlisted; private, age-restricted or otherwise unavailable videos may not play. Keep evidence of the necessary rights and permissions.
The same media-content rules apply: no sexual, violent, abusive, disturbing or misleading content, infringement of third-party rights, or prominent promotional messages. Obtain consent for identifiable people, including guardian consent for minors. For violations, media may be removed, profiles deactivated and accounts suspended without refunding contributions already paid, insofar as legally permissible.
Starter and the 72-hour trial do not include videos. Growth M includes 1 video; Premium XXL includes up to 5. On expiry or downgrade, excess videos are hidden, not deleted. A renewed or upgraded membership restores visibility only for media and profiles that retain approval.

Safari Deals, operated by Black Qub LLC, provides advertising and presentation services, not travel intermediation. Travelers conclude their travel contracts and book directly with the operator. The operator remains responsible for its travel services, prices, availability, listing content and all image and other third-party rights.
Operators undertake to use only their own images, photographed or created by them or exclusively licensed for their business, with all permissions needed for public display, cropping, resizing and optimisation on Safari Deals. The image guidelines form part of these operator terms.
Prominent promotional text, banners, price stickers, discount seals, telephone numbers, website addresses, dominant watermarks, sexual or suggestive imagery, nudity, violence, animal cruelty, disturbing content, infringement of third-party rights, identifiable people without consent (including guardian consent for minors), and misleading or falsely presented manipulated or AI-generated offer photographs are prohibited. A discreet own-company logo is permitted.
The operator is responsible for its content and rights. Violations may lead to image removal, rejection or deactivation of listings and account suspension without refund of contributions already paid, insofar as legally permissible. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Memberships and advertising placements are billed through the German payment provider Digistore24: secure payment processing, a broad selection of common payment methods (availability depends on country and product), and automatic invoicing.
